Honoring the pride of the Northland!  We serve to highlight our communities with honest reporting as progress is dependent on facts.  The Northland

is rich with outdoor activities and beautiful landscapes found in few places around the world.  We respect the need to preserve our environment while

also allowing for the sustainable incomes and livelihoods of our residents.  Both are needed and possible. . .

The Fraud behind the "alleged" link of Apes and Man

Science and its inherent value to humankind are continually harmed by fraud.  The claim of evolutionary evidence between ape (Neanderthal) and man is one such fraudulent claim.

Fraud wastes the time of legitimate, honest scientists who are trying to build on those claims of proof undermining scientific progression.  Normally, theories that fail are retired or modified for further evaluation.  The ongoing "lie" hinders the development of new theories and leads to a mass dose of misinformation.

Evolution continues to be taught in the classroom, based on a known fictitious link between ape (Neanderthal) and man.

The evolutionary assumptions concerning Neanderthals began when paleontologist Marcellin Boule reconstructed the first Neanderthal as a ‘missing link’ in the years from 1911-1913.  The depiction was one of an ape-man, stooping over.  This same picture is seen frequently in textbooks and is the “supposed” link of man and ape.  A reanalysis of Boule’s work in the 1950's showed his extreme evolutionary bias in the reconstruction of Neanderthal man.  The Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago took another 20 years to correct it after it was shown to be false and highly misleading.

In 2005, the WorldNetDaily reported that professor of anthropology, Reiner Protsch von Zieten, had been “forging and manipulating scientific facts” concerning Neanderthals for 30 years.  Professor Protsch had dated a female skeleton 21,300 years old, and another skull from Germany at 27,400 years old which were actually 3,300 and 260 years old, respectively.  Protsch made up the dates after returning from studying in America and finding that he was unable to work a carbon-dating machine.

Instead of being charged for fraud, the University in Frankfurt announced the professor had been forced to retire because of numerous "falsehoods and manipulations."

The fossil of Piltdown man was found in a gravel pit in Sussex England in 1912 and was considered by some sources to be the second most important fossil proving the evolution of man—until it was found to be a complete forgery 41 years later.  The skull was found to be of modern age, fragments had been chemically stained to give the appearance of age, and the teeth had been filed down.

Nebraska man was just a single tooth, discovered in Nebraska in 1922 that grew an entire evolutionary link between man and monkey, until another identical tooth was found which was protruding from the jawbone of a wild pig.

Dutchman Eugene Dubois discovered Java man in 1891 and claimed a human link based on a skullcap, three teeth, and a femur --  highly incomplete specimens from possibly different species.  The femur was found 50 feet away from the original skullcap a full year later.  For almost 30 years, Dubois downplayed the two human (Waddjak) skulls found very close to his "missing link".

Orce man was found in the Spanish town of Orce in 1982 and hailed as the oldest fossilized human remains ever found in Europe.  One year later officials admitted the skull fragment was not human but probably came from a 4-month-old donkey.  Scientists had said the skull belonged to a 17-year-old man who lived 900,000 to 1.6 million years ago, and even had very detail drawings done to represent what he would have looked like.  The dating age is also suspect as scientists cannot accurately carbon date anything accurately beyond historical texts -- roughly 5,000 years.

DNA evidence links Homo sapiens to Neanderthals, proving once and for all they are one and the same.  The fact is that different species cannot mate and reproduce - it's just not genetically possible.  This disproves any evolutionary link between humans and any animal forms.

Every one of these men should have been charged for fraud.  Society deserves factual representations and the reputation of the scientific community rests on it.  The fraud is perpetuated for prominence and money, often that provided by grants (paid by taxpayers).  In fact, in the U.S., the OIG should be looking into all fraud cases as it leads to wasted taxpayer money.

Those endorsing these hoaxes and misrepresentations do so because they would prefer to believe that they came from an ape rather than acknowledge that they were created.  They do not want to acknowledge a Creator to whom they would be accountable.

Reducing man to an animal whose existence is coincidental and has no responsibility to any being, demolishes moral pillars such as love, mercy, self-sacrifice, modesty, honesty, and justice.  Unfortunately, these are the very characteristics rapidly disappearing in our society - and arguably leading to our unprecedented decline.
